Anyone needs any specific time to discuss ongoing work?

  • Governance: trust, fiscal sponsored, non-profit

– Owner that was interested, more than OTF, beyond the day-to-day

– Doesn’t seem to make much of a difference to OTF

– How to use the summit for for this

– Document of options would be really useful for maintainers

Adoptor Maintainer Corner

  • Governance ahead of Q1 & Q2

  • Reset: general grant/allocation to the ‘owner’ entity of hypha to support what they consider important. Token to support the core/creation of Hypha and then model the behaviour for other adopters.

  • MOU commit for a X period of time for a token amount from them

  • Board of some sort

  • Structures like maintainers becoming maintainers, IP of Hypha, responsibilities, charter.

  • AP Eriol: Confirm OTF’s wants re. hypha

  • Talk to more OTF’s strategy re. core vs. fork and how they engage in ‘core’ vs. OTF fork.

  • AP Eriol & Dan: To start a list out of option start a governance doc ready for OTF feedback and then Adopter individually to provide input and then present the working iteration at summit 2022.

Def. needed clarity on how adopters can track progress of things that matter for them within the core project repo
