Big new release! to version 2 hypha - Django 2 to django 3. Follow up updates to Wagtail on top of Django and some minor bug fixes for labels and category questions.

Staff: bug in how waiting reviews was listed - dashboard able to see what is waiting for review. Was working but some code was looking for if a reviewer has posted a rview but still in draft then still listed as to be completed - this then showed for ‘everyone’ not just a specific user’s dashboard.

Small bug fixes and other implementers wanted to fix - logged in - prefill in name and email into submission forms so they are not editable << Needs help/info text. Anyone can associate an application with a user if they know their email · Issue #2760 · HyphaApp/hypha · GitHub

Looking at notifications and update language to streamline >> OTF translation file for >> if more are needed after that, we’ll see.

Not infact global and these notifications appear (concept note and propsals workflows) have different messages. Custom text that is addable is able to be added (in Wagtail admin in the fund) but the main bulk is identical. No difference in the code.
