I’m currently facing the challenge that we’d like to anonymize the applications for the reviewers without having to leave Hypha.
Right now, I’m collecting the basic information of the applicants and the participating companies in the application form, since we urgently need the contact details.
However, our reviewers should not know which companies are involved in the projects so that they can make an independent judgment.
But all information is in the one Application Form I have in the workflow.
So I was wondering if there is already a mechanism in Hypha to differentiate between what I, as part of the program team, can request and view in the application forms and what the reviewers can see?

We have a new feature contributed by another organisation that uses Hypha that should solve your problem.
It was added in Release 6.8.0 · HyphaApp/hypha · GitHub . With that release and the setting PII_FIELD_MARKING_ENABLED=True you will get a new checkbox on fields you add to application form allowing you to mark them as private information. These fields will not be visible to reviewers.
OBS! Only submissions made after you added these settings are effected. It will have no effect on old/existing submissions.
Because I do not understand how this will work. The description is very short, and when I try to translate it, the sentence unfortunately no longer makes sense to me.
Is there any more documentation or explanaition avalable?
