- ARDC’s process has changed slightly which means software has slightly changed
- Wagtail design work needs to include user documentation and making docs role aware of whats changing so they can plan priorities

- Discussion on 2FA and how it’s being configured/designed and usability improvements that might impact other Adopters re. enforced for certain user/applicant types and then google related 2FA
- Chat comment: Authy is much better than Google Authenticator. Has backups to start with. Or use built in Keychain in Apple devices, or 1Password etc.

- Mainteners discussed governance doc on 4/19; then was also reviewed at Ideation meeting 26/4. No additional time for discussion has been set; is an open action item to get more input via comments and/or another meeting

- Still some issues with documentation syncing - do we want to discuss a new method for doing this?
- Emily brings this up in convo re: onboarding; not sure what to do about this.
- Group notes that perhaps it is time to ditch gitbooks; Eriol notes Docusaurus. Might be worth a vote/consensus at the next maintainers call. Eriol agrees to add that to the agenda
- Sample forms are not live on the test site and may have not published them in an appropriate round. Helpful for folks that would need them when looking at docs. Wasn’t going to use screen shots was going to be live demo forms on the sandbox
