Token to support the core/creation of Hypha and then model the behaviour for other adopters. - MOU commit for a X period of time for a token amount from them - Board of some sort - Structures like maintainers becoming maintainers, IP of Hypha, responsibilities, charter. - **AP Eriol:** Confirm OTF’s wants re. hypha - Talk to more OTF’s strategy re. core vs. fork and how they engage in ‘core’ vs. OTF fork. - **AP Eriol & Dan:** To start a list out of option start a governance doc ready for OTF feedback and then Adopter individually to provide input and then present the working iteration at summit 2022.
