🏔 What’s on the horizon?  
Description: Learn more about new Hypha development

- Default notifications via email is currently on test

- Archive feature will limit access to certain user groups. Proposed feature will look like a batch action

🗒 Adopter Field Notes  
Description: We would love to hear any updates from current and potential adopters

OTS/ARDC  
New rating/evaluation feature  
A UI to export tool for submission data in order to run a report as a CSV file  
discussed a few technical quirks (ie “closed” vs. “open” for rounds)

OTF’s focus now until early next year is on the Projects page for invoicing and contracting

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Community Enagement  
Description: Events, documentation, communication updates

- moving docs to main repo

💡 Ideation  
Description: New designs, wireframes, work in progress to share

This meeting spent a significant amount of time on ideation:

- “Become” or hi-jack function and how it’s used for troubleshooting

- Discussion on configuration here [Make it easier to extend and customise Hypha for other implementors · Issue #2999 · HyphaApp/hypha · GitHub](https://github.com/HyphaApp/hypha/issues/2999)

- Discussed filters and options in the filters, e.g., all the options under ‘Status’
  - is there a better alternative?
  - We could remove or limit options via archiving

- Project page demonstration next week (OTF \<\> OTS)
