  - Use xhtml2pdf inplace of reportlab for submission pdf export
  - Set label in project header to “Project lead:” instead of only “Lead:”
  - Fix report file path issue and duplicate file issue, Fix file path issue for Project and SOW Form
  - Fix co-applicant permission for Partners, Reviewers, and Community Reviewers
  - Delete application comments with the application
  - Handle rare event of file uploads having data without id
  - Correct project template urls.
  - Fix submission filters queryset issue
  - Fix submission PDF download when project do not exist
  - Fix overlapping lines in header of submission PDF
  - Separate permissions for submission edit and submission actions
  - Make file uploads after a preview work.
  - Fix co-applicant invite not found issue
  - Migrate django-fsm to django-viewflow
  - Update to python 3.12.11
  - Update Django to 4.2.2/4.2.3 and also update other python packages.
  - Upgrade to postgresql 17 and node 24.
